TRADZUP ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: email address, password (stored hashed), display name, handle, profile picture, bio.
  • Provider information (for providers only): trading strategy description, monthly price, contact phone, Telegram username, and Solana wallet address.
  • Payment information: blockchain transaction signatures of payments you make. We do not store your wallet private keys or seed phrases.
  • Usage information: pages visited, interactions, and technical data (browser, device type).

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide and operate the Service.
  • To process subscriptions and payments.
  • To verify user identity and prevent fraud.
  • To communicate with you about your account.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Blockchain Data

Transactions made through the Service occur on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain data is public, permanent, and accessible to anyone. Wallet addresses and transaction signatures can be viewed on public block explorers. We cannot delete or modify on-chain data.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers (Supabase for database/auth, Vercel for hosting, Upstash for rate limiting).
  • Law enforcement when legally required.
  • Successors in the event of a merger or acquisition.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
