Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TRADZUP (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TRADZUP is a marketplace that connects independent trading signal providers ("Providers") with users ("Subscribers") seeking access to their trading analyses. TRADZUP does not provide trading advice, does not execute trades on behalf of any user, and is not a party to any trading decisions made by Providers or Subscribers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are paid in USDC on the Solana blockchain. Payments are made directly from the Subscriber's wallet to the Provider's wallet, with a platform fee retained by TRADZUP. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Users may renew manually at any time. Access to subscriber-only content continues until the subscription expires (plus any applicable grace period).

6. Provider Obligations

Providers are solely responsible for the content of the signals they publish, and for ensuring that any signals published reflect genuine trading activity. Providers agree not to publish false, misleading, or manipulated information.

7. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is provided for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRADZUP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including any trading losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
